BURLY USA, LLC offers this warranty exclusively to the original purchaser for personal household use of the Accessories, provided they are purchased from authorized BURLY USA dealers and installed at the original location. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.
BURLY USA guarantees that the structure and finish of the Accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage conditions for one (1) year from the purchase date.
If any product is found to be defective within the warranty period and reported to BURLY USA customer support, it will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal value. If the product has been discontinued after the purchase date but within the warranty period, the defective model will be replaced with a substitute model. Price variance may apply along with shipping costs, as determined by BURLY USA.
